Street lighting: Report a fault

If you observe that the public street lighting has failed, you can report this to the local fault office. Please specify

• the exact location (city/district, street, house number) and
• the number of the street lighting (located on the mast).

In the event of all other faults, such as damaged or stolen street lighting, the fault site is also the right point of contact.

The local interference suppression or on-call service for street lighting.

Tip:

In most cases, it is sufficient to report the fault to your city or municipal administration. In any case, you will find out who is responsible for disturbances in public lighting.
