Required documents
You must have a "traveling trade license" if the market is not established in accordance with the trade regulations, or a special use permit.
The traveling trade card requirement does not apply to established markets.
In the case of employees, a duplicate or certified copy of the trader's traveling trade card must be carried.
Forms
You can submit your application for a daily pitch in verbal or written form. For an annual or seasonal pitch, you must submit a written application.
