Finding the right profession is a great challenge for many. But even if the training has been successfully completed, the "learning" does not stop. Continuing education has established itself as the fourth pillar of the education system, alongside the school, university and dual vocational training systems. For example, the number of training courses offered by private and public institutions has risen sharply. The state government promotes continuing education through various measures.
