For many problems you can benefit from a self-help group. Together with other sufferers, you can exchange ideas about therapy options or receive tips for everyday life.
Anyone can start a support group. It does not require a legal form; it is sufficient to agree with other people on a topic and certain framework conditions such as place, time or duration.
