Description
The aim of village development in Hesse is to make villages in rural areas an attractive and lively place to live and to mobilize local social, cultural and economic potential through independent development.
Municipalities must apply for funding as part of the village development program.

- Basic local infrastructure and public services of general interest
- Conversion, renovation and new construction in the village center
- Open spaces and townscape
- Urban development compatible demolition
- Village moderation
