Real estate map - extract

The real estate map shows all parcels of land and buildings of significance under real estate law with their boundaries to scale. The property map also contains additional information, such as the parcel number or street names and house numbers.

If, for example, you require graphic evidence of your property or building for a building project or for mortgage lending purposes, you can obtain a corresponding extract from the property map.

Geodata online is a service provided by the Hessian Administration for Land Management and Geoinformation (HVBG) and enables you to obtain products from the real estate cadastre, land surveying and real estate valuation.

Please contact the Hessian State Office for Land Management and Geoinformation (HLBG).

Any person or body may inspect the real estate map as a generally accessible source and obtain extracts from it.

The provision of extracts from the real estate map is free of charge.
