If you are working or being employed in the food sector for the first time, you will need a certificate from the public health department confirming that you have been instructed in infection protection.
Description
Do you produce food, handle it or place it on the market? Do you come into direct or indirect contact with these foods (via utensils such as plates or cutlery)? Would you like to work or become active in kitchens in restaurants, canteens and cafés or in communal catering facilities?
Then you need a certificate from the public health department that is no more than 3 months old. This proves that you have successfully completed an instruction course on infection protection measures.
The aim of the instruction is to enable you to recognize your own symptoms of infectious diseases or those of your employees at an early stage. You should also be able to prevent the spread and contamination of food and assess when you should no longer carry out your work if you have certain symptoms.
The certificate is issued either by the public health department or by a doctor appointed by the public health department.

Description
The food instruction takes place via a video conference with Cisco Webex Meetings. For a video conference, you need a computer or smartphone, a webcam, a headset (speaker/microphone) with good image and audio quality and a stable internet connection.

- Photograph (please ensure sufficient brightness) or scan the required documents in full and upload them to the application portal.
- Complete your personal data.
On receipt of the complete electronic application for participation in the food instruction, your documents will be checked.
- Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with the reserved appointment, you must click on the confirmation link in it
Payment must be made within 24 hours by paypal, Mastercard or Visacard, otherwise the reservation will expire
After successful verification of the documents and payment, you will then receive another e-mail with the access data for the Webex meeting.
- One day before the appointment you will receive the participant link with the access data
- 10 minutes before your selected instruction date, you can dial in to the Webex meeting using the access data you have received

Die hygienischen Dienste bieten vielfältige Beratungsleistungen an und führen zahlreiche Kontroll- und Überwachungsaufgaben durch. Wenn Sie ein hygienisches Problem haben, sind die hygienischen Dienste Ihr Ansprechpartner. Ob eine Wohnung verschimmelt oder vermüllt ist, Insekten oder Nagetiere auftauchen, wo sie nicht hingehören, wir sind zuständig. Trinkwasser sollte klar und geruchfrei sein. Wenn es eigenartig riecht oder verfärbt ist, wenden Sie sich an uns, wir können Ihnen helfen.

- There are no indications that you have an infectious disease (e.g. salmonellosis, shigellosis).

If there is a suspicion that you cannot obtain the certificate, for example in the case of a food-borne illness, you will only receive the certificate once a doctor has ruled out the suspicion of illness on the basis of an examination.
