Applying for the extension of a temporary permit for a prostitution business

If you have a temporary permit to operate a prostitution business and wish to extend it, you must apply to the competent authority.

If you operate a prostitution business, including prostitution establishments, prostitution agencies, prostitution vehicles or prostitution events, and your permit is valid for a limited period, you can apply to have it extended.

The condition is that your business fulfills the relevant requirements.

Operating a prostitution business without a valid permit is an administrative offense. You should therefore apply for an extension in good time.

Sole proprietorship (natural person):

• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit if applicable
• Operating concept
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0", or European certificate of good conduct
• Extract from the central trade register according to document type "9"

Companies (legal entities), for example GmbH:

• Current excerpt from the commercial register or register of cooperatives
• Copy of the articles of association
• Operating concept
• Identity card, passport, electronic residence permit for legal representation if applicable
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0" for legal representation, or European certificate of good conduct
• Extract from the Central Trade Register according to document type "9" for both the company and the legal representative

For a prostitution establishment license additionally:

• Floor plan drawing

For prostitution vehicle permit additionally:

• Vehicle photo
• Operating license, registration certificate part I and part II

• Your prostitution business continues to meet the relevant requirements of the original permit.
