Do you run a prostitution business and want to employ people to manage and supervise your business? Then you must report this to the competent authority in certain cases.

If you, as the operator of a prostitution business, wish to employ persons in the prostitution business in the following areas, you must report this to the competent authority under certain conditions. This applies in the following cases:

• Ancillary provisions that you have received provide for this.
• The authority requires you to do so.

You must notify the competent authority if you wish to deploy personnel in the following areas:

• Management and supervision of operations,
• Compliance with domiciliary rights or house rules,
• admission control or
• security.

All persons deployed in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility are checked for reliability. This also applies if the relevant persons are employed by external companies.

If a person does not have the necessary reliability for their work, the competent authority can prohibit you from employing the person or their work in the prostitution industry.

• Surname, first name of the person to be employed
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority according to document type "0", or European certificate of good conduct
• Identity card, passport or residence permit

• You have a valid license to operate a prostitution business.
• The person you are registering has consented to the competent authority checking your reliability.
