Description
Here you can apply for approval in individual cases (ZiE) or project-related type approval (vBg).
You require approval in individual cases if there is no generally recognized rule of technology for a construction product or if there is no technical building regulation for it or no general building authority approval (abZ) or general test certificate (abP).
You require a project-related type approval for a type of construction that is not regulated by a technical building regulation or for which there is no generally recognized rule of technology or for which there is no general type approval.
Contact point
Applications relating to the verification of fire protection requirements and applications in the area of technical building equipment are processed by the Darmstadt Regional Council.
All other areas are processed by the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport and Housing.
