There are no prerequisites.

You fill out the form(s) digitally in the building portal or in analog form and submit it to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.

• The completion of the shell of buildings that do not require a building permit and the final completion must be notified to the building supervisory authority at least two weeks in advance, stating the date of completion.
• The commencement of full or partial premature use must be notified to the building supervisory authority one week in advance.
  

There is no fixed processing time, the notification simply has to be submitted.

There are no fees.
