Description
If your contracted drilling company intends to drill wells that penetrate more than 100 meters into the ground, you must notify the competent authority in advance.
You do not need to submit a notification if you have already submitted an operating plan.

Deadlines
Application deadline: 0 to 2 weeks (You must give at least 2 weeks' notice of the start and cessation of drilling work. If drilling work has to be stopped within a shorter period of time, you must notify us immediately.)
Costs
If you do not submit the notification of drilling work in good time, a fine of up to 2,500 euros may be imposed.: Fine from 0,00 EUR to 2.500,00 EUR
Notes (specifics)
If you have already notified the competent mining authority of the drilling for an approximate time frame, the exact date of the start of drilling must be added after the start of drilling has been determined.
Under certain circumstances, the mining authority may require an operating plan for your borehole.
