Description
The Darmstadt and Kassel regional councils are responsible for private pilot licenses (without instrument flight) for aircraft and helicopters, glider pilot licenses and balloon pilot licenses and light aircraft pilot licenses (LAPL) for aircraft and helicopters.
You can apply for entries of changes of name and address or new entries of a radiotelephony certificate or a language certificate as well as its renewal in pilot licenses for airplanes and helicopters according to visual flight rules (PPL(A) and PPL(H)), light aircraft (LAPL(A) and LAPL(H)), gliders (SPL) and free balloons (BPL).
