Notification of the performance of the duties of the person responsible for radiation protection

If the person responsible for radiation protection changes in your company, you must inform the competent authority.

Radiation protection officers ensure that radiation protection regulations are complied with.

As a company, you must provide the competent authority for radiation protection with details of the person responsible for radiation protection. You must also inform the authority if this person changes.

If, as in the case of group practices, the authorized representative body consists of several members or if there are several persons authorized to represent other associations of persons, you must inform the competent authority which of these persons is responsible for radiation protection.

If the radiation protection officer is a legal entity, you must name all natural persons authorized to represent it and identify the contact person for the authority.

• There must be no facts that give rise to concerns about the reliability of the person responsible for radiation protection or the authorized representative.
