Event-related personnel notification from care and nursing facilities

If you operate a care and nursing facility, you must report your headcount on an ad hoc basis.

As the operator of a facility in accordance with the Hessian Act on Care and Nursing Services, you must report your staff to the Care and Nursing Supervision Authority on an ad hoc basis, e.g. at the request of the office.

Your facility must be registered with the Hessian Offices for Care and Social Affairs.

- You send the number of care and nursing staff at your facility to the responsible office with the required information.
- The office will check the staffing levels you have submitted.
- If necessary, the responsible office will order an inspection of your facility.
