Provision of data for catalogues of goods or services for framework contracts

If you, as a supplier, have a valid framework agreement with the Hessian state administration, you will be commissioned to fill and provide a product catalogue of supplies and services. You can use the Hessian Supplier Cockpit for this purpose.

If, as a supplier, you have a valid framework agreement with the Hessian state administration, you can provide a product catalogue of supplies and services for retrieval from the framework agreement. As a supplier, you will be commissioned to provide and fill the product catalogue after a framework agreement has been awarded by the Hessian state administration.

The product catalogue is the central medium with which you present your supplies and services. Only data for the supplies and services contained in your framework agreement will be accepted. If necessary, the electronic product catalogue can be exported from an existing ordering system.

You will be instructed to provide the product catalog via the supplier cockpit. The provision of your product catalog can be done via the supplier cockpit. The Supplier Cockpit is a central platform for all suppliers who have concluded a framework agreement with the Hessian state administration. Here you have an overview of all your framework agreements and can make your product catalogs available in a uniform format via a central access. In this way, the Supplier Cockpit facilitates the cooperation between suppliers and the departments of the Hessian state administration. In the context of permissible price changes and/or product changes, you can also make the updated catalogs or data available via the supplier cockpit.

• You must have a valid framework agreement with the Hessian state administration.
• To use the Supplier Cockpit, your company must be registered in the Supplier Cockpit.
   

Objections can be lodged with the competent Public Procurement Chamber. The Public Procurement Chamber is named in the invitation to tender for the framework contract.

If a framework agreement provides for the delivery of catalog data, the framework contract partner receives the access data for the supplier cockpit of the Hessian state administration from the Hessian Competence Center for New Administrative Control (HCC). There, after logging in, the data can be entered or uploaded. The HCC checks this data and releases it.

The data provided by you is valid in accordance with the agreements in the framework agreement.
