Inspect the register of associations

If you need information on specific associations, you can search for them on the Joint Register Portal of the federal states. If a register of associations cannot be accessed via the Common Register Portal, you can inspect it at the competent register court (local court).

If you are looking for information about registered associations (e.V.), you can view the registers of associations online via the Joint Register Portal of the federal states.

Among other things, the registers of associations provide information about the name, registered office of the association you are looking for and the persons who can represent the association.

You can view the registers of associations free of charge via the Common Register Portal. You can also download a current or chronological printout free of charge.

Registers of associations that cannot be accessed via the Common Register Portal can only be viewed free of charge at the competent local court or register court. If you wish, you can also obtain a printout or official printout from the register of associations there for a fee.

Search without registration:

• Call up the Common Register Portal of the federal states.
• Click on either "Normal Search" or "Advanced Search" in the menu and enter appropriate keywords and data.
• Click on "Search."
• Now the entries you are looking for will be displayed and you can retrieve documents.
• Select the desired document.
