Apply for permission to use the professional title of disinfector

Would you like to apply for a permit to use the professional title of disinfector?

The legally prescribed requirements for the use of the professional title are examined. After successful examination, permission to use the professional title of disinfector is granted.

Since 01.01.2023, the Hessian State Office for Health and Care (HLfGP) has been responsible.

• You have completed the prescribed training and passed the state examination,
• they are not guilty of conduct which results in unreliability for the exercise of the profession,
• they are not unfit from a health point of view for the exercise of the profession,
• You have the knowledge of the German language required for the exercise of your professional activity.
   

Administrative court action
 

• You submit your application to the competent authority via the online form and, if necessary, upload the required documents,
• The permit is issued when the competent authority determines that the legal requirements are met.
   

The professional title may only be used after permission has been granted.

Fee 80,00 EUR

One of the tasks of the Hessian State Office for Health and Care is the state recognition and supervision of the Hessian educational institutions. In addition, the authority is responsible for examination matters in these training courses. It issues the examination certificates, professional licence certificates and, if necessary, replacement documents.
