If you wish to give up eel fishing, you must deregister with the upper fisheries authority.

If you wish to give up eel fishing, you must notify the upper fisheries authority immediately (deregistration from eel fishing).The notification must include details of your name, address and coastal and/or inland fishing activities.

After deregistration from eel fishing, you will be deleted from the fishing register as a registered person by the higher fishing authority.

• You register the eel fishery for yourself as an individual with the competent authority.
• You complete the form in writing and send it to the competent authority by e-mail or post.
• Your registration for eel fishing will be removed from the fishing register.
