    Description

As the owner of a domestic well for drinking water supply, you are obliged to report it.

To determine the necessary tests and test intervals, your local health authority must be notified of the initial commissioning, construction, significant technical modification or transfer of ownership.
The health authority will then contact you regarding an on-site inspection and determine the scope of the water testing and the frequency of testing. The microbiological parameters of Annexes 1 and 3 TrinkwV must be tested at least once a year.
