As the operator of a care facility, you can calculate investment costs necessary for operations separately. If you have not received any funding, you only need to state the planned amount of these costs.

As the operator of a care facility, you can charge investment costs necessary for operations (e.g. rental or loan costs for buildings, costs for durable goods) separately, as these may not be included in the costs for care remuneration, accommodation or meals.

You must inform the competent state authority of the amount of these planned costs (also before any changes).

This procedure only applies if you have not received funding for investment costs under state law - otherwise, please use the application form for subsidized facilities, which can be found on the website of the RP Gießen, for example

During the application process, you also have the option of specifying different cost rates (e.g. for social welfare recipients and self-payers).

As the responsible body, you can also submit the application for several facilities.

You do not need to include more precise calculation bases.

The Giessen Regional Council is responsible for the entire state of Hesse.

• You have not received any funding for investment costs (see Section 82 (3) SGB XI, otherwise please use the application form for funded facilities, which can be found on the website of the RP Gießen, for example)
• Investment costs within the meaning of § 82 Para. 4 SGB XI have been calculated or are planned to be calculated in the near future

• If you provide an e-mail address, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt
• As a rule, you will not receive any further feedback from the Regional Council, as no approval is required by law. Only in rare cases may a query from the regional council be necessary.

The Regional Council may pass on individual data (but no personal data) to other authorized bodies in order to enable better transparency regarding the level of investment costs in comparison with other facilities.

The notification must be made before the planned survey.
