Allow access to the voters' register for the European elections

As a person entitled to vote in the European Election, you have the opportunity to inspect the voters' register.

As a person entitled to vote, you can consult the voters' register with regard to your own data before the European elections. The voters' register shall be kept available for inspection at least at the location of your city or municipal administration. It can be consulted from the 20th to the 16th day before the election during general opening hours.

In this context, you can produce extracts from the voters' register in order to check the right of individual persons to vote.

To the municipal or city administration responsible for your place of residence (main residence).

• for inspection of own data: none
• in order to inspect the data of other persons, facts must be established which may reveal an inaccuracy or incompleteness of the electoral roll
• in order to produce extracts for the purpose of checking the data of other persons, facts must be substantiated from which the electoral roll may be inaccurate or incomplete.

You can see the voters' register for the European elections
as follows:

• They visit the municipal authority during general opening hours.
• You can consult the electoral roll for your own data.
• You can consult the electoral roll with regard to the data of other persons if you establish facts from which the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the electoral roll may arise. In this context, you can produce extracts from the voters' register in order to check the right of individual persons to vote.

The inspection can be taken from the 20th to the 16th day before the election during the general opening hours.
