As an approved measuring body for emissions and immissions according to the Federal Immission Control Act, you can offer your services throughout Germany after notification by a state authority or participate in corresponding tenders.

In terms of equipment and personnel, they are able to determine particulate, gaseous organic and inorganic substances and odours. They have the special requirements with regard to sampling and analysis.

They are technically and personnel-wise able to detect noises and/or vibrations.

You fulfil the obligations according to § 16 of the 41st BImSchV

Written form requirement: The application must be made in writing.

The prerequisites include the expertise, independence and reliability of the measuring point. In detail, all requirements can be found in the application form available under this link:

The notification is limited to a maximum of five years and must then be applied for again.

Approximately four months after receipt of the complete dossier

Fees are payable for the implementation of the disclosure procedure and the related expert services, depending on the audit and administrative effort and the special measurements requested.
