    Description

    Forestry cooperatives (FBG) are private-law associations of landowners. In particular, they have the purpose of compensating for the disadvantages of small land size in management and various structural deficiencies in the management of their forest areas.

    Prerequisites

    • Founded association with at least seven members
    • Elected Board of Directors
    • Statutes adopted by the General Assembly

    Procedure

    • Informal written application for recognition and conferral of legal capacity to the highest forestry authority of the state
    • All required documents must be attached in full
