Description
Forestry cooperatives (FBG) are private-law associations of landowners. In particular, they have the purpose of compensating for the disadvantages of small land size in management and various structural deficiencies in the management of their forest areas.

- Informal application for recognition and conferral of legal capacity
- Copy of the founding protocol of the association
- Copy of the attendance list of the founding meeting
- Original articles of association adopted, dated and signed by all members of the Board of Directors
- Directory of members and areas of the forestry cooperative
- Contact details of the forestry cooperative
- If applicable, application for exemption from fees

- Statutes adopted by the General Assembly
