Approval of assets and granting of rights

Assets and rights that are to be traded on the stock exchange must be admitted.

Assets tradable on a stock exchange pursuant to § 23 BörsG are investment shares, commodities, foreign exchange and units of account. Exchange-tradable rights are derivatives. These goods and rights are traded in Germany only on the EEX in Leipzig and Eurex in Frankfurt and Eschborn, respectively.
