If you are admitted or move into a hospital, home or similar institution, you must register with the registration authority under certain conditions.
Description
If you are admitted to or move into a hospital, nursing home or other institution that serves to care for people in need of care or disabilities or for home education and are not already registered for an apartment within Germany, you must register as soon as the stay exceeds three months.
