If you or a data subject need information about your stored data, you can request it via an informal request.
Description
In accordance with § 22 paragraph 1 of the Hessian Security Review and Classified Information Act (HSÜVG), you can request information about which data about you has been stored as part of a security check.
Access is not the data subject (security-cleared person) alone, but any person whose personal data has been stored as part of a security check, for example the person involved, the reference and respondents, the parents, the employer or persons over 18 years of age living in the household of the data subject, who have been specified in the security declaration.
The right to information is not unrestricted, it can be omitted according to § 22 paragraph 3 HSÜVG.
Furthermore, according to § 22 paragraph 2 of the Security Review Act, information on certain data can only be provided with the consent of the participating authority.
