The registration authority is obliged to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete personal data and subsequently to immediately inform those public authorities to which incorrect or incomplete data have been transmitted in the context of regular data transmissions.
 

If, as a result, you discover that the registration authority processes incorrect or incomplete personal data about you, please request the corresponding correction / completion of this data informally.

The registration authority then checks the information on the basis of documents to be submitted as evidence and makes the necessary corrections.

The registration authority also informs those public bodies to which the incorrect or incomplete data have been transmitted within the framework of regular data transmissions in accordance with the Federal Registration Act.
