Antrag auf Zertifizierung eines Betriebes
Required documents
- Completed Application for Operational Certification
- Copies of the certificates of competence for staff covering the activities in question.
Prerequisites
The activities of installation, maintenance or servicing of installations must have a sufficient number of competent personnel. It must also have access to the tools and procedures necessary for the activities subject to certification.
For activities related to fire protection systems and fire extinguishers, sufficient personnel with a corresponding certificate of competence must be available for the annual expected volume of activities and the necessary technical equipment must be sufficiently available in terms of type and number.
Registered EMAS establishments may obtain the certificate if the environmental statement or audit report shows that the above conditions are met and the following information is apparent:
- Name and registered office of the company
- Identification of the site and the certified activities related to the site and its facilities
- Name of the authority (competent authority), date and signature

- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 of 17 November 2015 laying down the minimum requirements and conditions for mutual recognition with regard to the certification of natural persons with regard to fixed refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases
- Stationary refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps containing greenhouse gases
Deadlines
Since 5 July 2009, all companies that carry out installation, maintenance and repair work on refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as heat pumps or fire protection systems require certification.

The processing will take place promptly after receipt of your application.

The cost of an operational certification is:
