Registration register information - issuing group information

Would you like to receive information from the population register about a large number of persons who are not named (group information)? Then this must be in the public interest.

You will only receive information from the population register about a large number of persons who are not named (group information) if this is in the public interest.

You can freely compile the groups of persons using selected data. The following data is available for this purpose:

• Date of birth,
• gender,
• current nationality,
• current addresses,
• Move-in and move-out dates and
• Marital status, stating whether single, married, divorced, widowed, in a civil partnership, civil partnership dissolved or partner deceased.

In addition to your membership of the group you have compiled, you may be informed of your first name and surname, doctor's degree, age, gender, nationality, current addresses and legal representatives with their first name, surname and address.

The responsibility lies with the respective municipal registration authority.

As a rule, an informal application is required.

The information must be in the national public interest. This is understood to mean the public interest, which must be distinguished from the interests of individual persons or groups.

There are no deadlines to be observed.

The fees are based on item 425 of the list of administrative costs for the administrative cost regulations of the Hessian Ministry of the Interior and Sport, as amended.
