For disclosure, you must submit an application to the competent authority.
As a notified body, you may carry out the external controls.
Equivalent certificates issued abroad will be recognised.
The experts who are approved for the monitoring of specialist waste management companies in accordance with the Waste Management Specialist Companies Ordinance are also suitable for carrying out external inspections.
The announcement may be accompanied by ancillary provisions.

- Identity card or
- Passport with confirmation of registration
- Written informal application, including excerpt from the commercial register/trade register
- Declaration of exemption from any liability of the external controller's activities vis-à-vis the country in which he operates
