Show appointment of a responsible person according to § 21 SprengG

If, as the owner of a business, you appoint a responsible person in accordance with the Explosives Act, you must notify the competent authority of the appointment. The expiry of an order must also be indicated.

If, as the owner of a business that is permitted to handle or trade explosive substances, you appoint responsible persons in accordance with Section 19 of the Explosives Act, you must notify the competent authority of the appointment.

Responsible persons are, in particular, the persons entrusted with the management of the company, a branch or a dependent branch, supervisors, in particular heads of an operating department, persons authorized to explosive, foremen, technical supervisory personnel in explosive ordnance disposal and warehouse managers as well as persons who are responsible for the transfer of explosive substances, for their transfer to others or for the receipt of these substances from others are ordered.

The expiry of an order must also be indicated.

The regional councils in Kassel, Gießen and Darmstadt are responsible

• You submit the notification and all the necessary documents.
• The documents are then examined by the competent authority.
