Description
The Legal Services Register is a public, electronically managed register. It registers persons who:
- debt collection services,
- Pension advice or
- Legal services are permitted in a foreign law.
The Legal Services Register offers you the following options:
- Search for legal service providers (e.g. near your place of residence)
- Checking whether certain legal service providers are authorised to provide this service commercially and to what extent
- Determination of which persons, who are in principle allowed to provide legal services without registration, are prohibited from providing
A prohibition can be made to protect the litigants if permanently unqualified legal services become known.
