The regional councils and the City of Frankfurt am Main maintain a central electronic information system on foundation information for foundations with legal capacity.
Description
The following are entered in the register of foundations:
- the name of the foundation,
- the legal nature of the Foundation,
- the seat of the Foundation,
- the purpose of the Foundation,
- the address of the Foundation,
- the bodies and persons authorised to represent them and the nature of their power of representation,
- the date of recognition,
- the competent supervisory authority.
