Chemical Climate Protection - Issue Certificate of Expertise
Description
Since 4 July 2009, if you install plants with fluorinated greenhouse gases, check for leaks, maintain, maintain or recover the gases, you need a new certificate of competence so that you can continue your activity. This is provided for by the Chemicals Climate Protection Regulation, which came into force on 1 August 2008 and is based on the European F-Gas Regulation .
The following activities are affected:
- activities on refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems and heat pumps,
- activities at equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases as solvents,
- activities on fire protection systems and fire extinguishers,
- activities on high-voltage switchgear and
- Activities on air-conditioning systems in motor vehicles.
In order to acquire the certificates of competence, you must always pass a theoretical and practical competence test. For activities on air-conditioning systems in motor vehicles, participation in a course is sufficient.
