    Prerequisites

    • The Straußwirtschaft must be notified in writing to the municipality no later than 2 weeks before the start of operations.
    • In addition to home-produced wine or cider, at least one non-alcoholic drink must also be offered.

    Hint:

    The obligation to notify does not release from compliance with other legal provisions, such as hygiene regulations and closed time regulations.

    Procedure

    With the notification, you must inform the competent authority:

    • Surname and first name of the operator of the ostrich restaurant with a summonsable address,
    • place and period of ostrich farming,
    • the place and location from which the grapes or apples used to make the wine originate and the place where those fruits were pressed and the wine was aged.
       

    Deadlines

    You must notify the operation of a ostrich farm at least 2 weeks before the start.
