As a provider of postal services, notify the Federal Network Agency of operational changes

If your company is entered in the digital directory of postal service providers at the Federal Network Agency, you must report any operational changes.

Since July 19, 2024, the Federal Network Agency has maintained a digital directory of postal service providers (Postal Service Provider Directory).

As a provider of postal services, you are obliged to notify the Federal Network Agency immediately of any changes to information on natural or legal persons, the type or area of activity and contractual relationships. The Federal Network Agency can use this information to update the digital provider directory on an ongoing basis.

• You do not need to submit any documents for a change notification.

• You provide postal services.
• You are entered in the digital provider directory.

No legal remedies are provided for.

• If your details as a natural or legal person, type or area of activity or contractual relationships as a provider of postal services change, you must inform the Federal Network Agency immediately. The Federal Network Agency will then update the information in the digital provider directory.
• You report the change online in the same way as the entry in the provider directory.

You must notify the Federal Network Agency immediately of any changes in the provision of postal services.

The Federal Network Agency will immediately check the notification of changes to information on natural or legal persons, the type or area of activity and contractual relationships as a provider of postal services. They will then be taken into account accordingly in the digital provider directory.

There is a fee for reporting changes in the provider directory.
