Notify the Federal Network Agency of termination of activity as a provider of postal services

If your company is entered in the digital directory of postal service providers at the Federal Network Agency, but you no longer provide postal services, you must report the termination of your activity.

Since 19.07.2024, the Federal Network Agency has maintained a digital directory of postal service providers (Postal Service Provider Directory).

As a provider of postal services, you are obliged to notify the Federal Network Agency immediately if you cease your activities. The Federal Network Agency will then delete your entry in the digital provider directory.

• You do not need to submit any documents when you notify us of the termination of your activity.
• For example, you can optionally send the business deregistration.

• You are ending your activity as a provider of postal services.
• You are entered in the digital provider directory.

No legal remedies are provided for.

• If you terminate your activity as a provider of postal services, you must notify the Federal Network Agency immediately.
• You submit the notification of termination online in the same way as the application for entry in the provider directory and the notification of change.
• The Federal Network Agency will delete your entry as a provider of postal services from the digital provider directory.

You must immediately notify the Federal Network Agency of the termination of your activity as a provider of postal services.

The Federal Network Agency will check your notification immediately. It will then delete it from the digital provider directory.

Deletion from the provider directory is subject to a fee.
