Submit changes to the price report to the Market Transparency Unit

Has individual data changed in your price reporting system or would you like to change the price reporting system? Then you must inform the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) immediately.

The price reporting system can only transmit your basic data on the filling stations and the prices for the fuel types to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) if you have previously reported information on the price reporting system to the MTS-K.

If some or all of the data changes, you must inform the MTS-K immediately.

The data includes

• Name and address of the price reporter
• a contact person with
  • telephone number
  • fax number, if applicable
  • e-mail address, if applicable

No documents are required.

• You are a price authority holder (PHI) for fuels or are acting on behalf of a PHI.
• You are already registered as a PHI with the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K).
• You use the services of a price reporter.

No legal remedy is provided for.

You can submit the changed price report data to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) online, by post, e-mail or fax.

If you submit the data online:

• Go to the website of the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and call up the online application.
• Complete the relevant fields.
• Send the application electronically.

If you send the data by post, e-mail or fax:

• Inform MTS-K in an informal letter of the changes to your price reporting data.

There is no deadline.

There are no costs.
