Transmit basic data from filling stations

If you are obliged to report to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K), you transmit the basic and price data for your filling stations via Mobilithek. You transmit the basic data once a week.

If you have pricing authority for fuels, you must register with Mobilithek as a user in order to fulfill your reporting obligation.

Mobilithek is a federal online reporting platform for the exchange of mobility and traffic data. The MTS-K accepts your data there.

The basic data includes

• Name and brand of the petrol station
• Location of the petrol station with details of the
  • geo-coordinates
  • address
• Opening hours

The MTS-K can then assign your reports of basic data and price changes based on your organization name.

As the Mobilithek does not store the reported data permanently, you must report your basic data again at least once a week.

No documents are required.

• They have the authority to set prices for fuels.
• You are registered with the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K).
• Your filling station has a unique number in the form of a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID).
• You are registered as a user with Mobilithek.
• You have created an organization under your user account.
• You have created a basic data offering under your organization and made it accessible to MTS-K.

There is no legal remedy against the basic data reporting obligation.

An objection can be lodged against the general ruling of the MTS-K, which stipulates for all registered persons subject to the obligation to register that the Mobilithek must be used for reporting and how this is to be done.

An appeal can be lodged with the administrative court against the objection decision.

• Go to the Mobilithek website and open the online service.
• Enter your e-mail address.
• Mobilithek will send you a confirmation link with which you can create a free user account.
• You create an organization under your user account.
• You create a basic data offering for your petrol stations under your organization and make it accessible to MTS-K.
• You automatically transmit a data package with the basic data for your petrol stations once a week via the basic data offer.

You must register with Mobilithek and create an organization there before you can report basic data for your filling stations.

There is no processing time.
