Notify changes to master data of holders of price sovereignty (PHI) for fuels

As the holder of price sovereignty (PHI) for fuels, you have a reporting obligation to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) and are registered there. You must notify the MTS-K immediately of any changes to your master data.

If you are registered as a price sovereignty holder with the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) and the master data you provided during registration changes, you must inform the MTS-K immediately.

The master data includes

• Your name
• Your address in Germany
• Name of at least one contact person
• your telephone number
• Company name, if applicable
• Name of an authorized representative, if applicable
• E-mail address, if applicable
• Fax number, if applicable

• Change notification
• if applicable:
  • Proof of changes
  • Extract from the commercial register or trade license

• You are a price authority holder (PHI) for fuels or are acting on behalf of a PHI.
• You are already registered as a PHI with the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K).
• Your master data has changed.

No legal remedy is provided for.

You can notify the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K) of changes to your master data online, by post, e-mail or fax.

If you submit the change online:

• Go to the website of the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and call up the online application.
• Enter your new master data.
• Upload any required documents.
• Submit the application electronically.
• MTS-K will check the changes and contact you if there are any queries.

If you submit the change by post, e-mail or fax:

• You inform MTS-K of the changes to your master data in an informal letter.
• State your file number in the letter.
• Send the letter to MTS-K by post, e-mail or fax.
• MTS-K will check your details and contact you if there are any queries.

There is no deadline.
