    Under certain conditions, legal entities receive a subsidy to finance advisory services provided by the Supplementary Independent Participation Advisory Service (EUTB)

    Description

    The Supplementary Independent Participation Advice Service (EUTB) supports and advises all people with disabilities, people at risk of disability and their relatives free of charge and nationwide in all matters relating to rehabilitation and participation.

    As a legal entity, you can apply for a subsidy to finance the personnel and material costs of your EUTB services. Once your application has been approved, you can become a provider of counseling services.

    The grant may be awarded subject to conditions or revocation if a final assessment of the application is not yet possible.

    Prerequisites

    • Applicants must be legal entities based in Germany.
    • They fulfill the requirements of the Participation Advice Ordinance (EUTBV).
    • They are reliable.
    • They are professionally qualified.
    • Their services are low-threshold and cross-disability.
    • They ensure the independence of the counselors.
    • Their counseling services are not aimed at making a profit.
    • The quota of working hours allocated to the respective federal state is not exhausted, so that subsidies can be financed in accordance with the Participation Counseling Ordinance (EUTBV).
    • There is no regional oversupply for the counseling service to be applied for.

    Procedure

    • You apply for the grant via the ProDaBa application portal of the Gesellschaft für soziale Unternehmensberatungen (gsub).
    • The first time you use it, you must register once.
    • You call up the procedure relevant to you.
    • You upload your documents directly to the portal.
    • Once the full-time equivalents have been allocated, the applications are forwarded to the relevant state authorities with the opportunity to comment within 6 weeks.
    • In total, the application process can take up to 3 months.
    • The notification will be made available to you digitally and in a legally secure manner in your portal mailbox.
    • There is no need to send the notification by post at the same time.
    • You will receive a message as soon as the notification is posted.
    • You will also receive feedback in the same way if you need to submit further documents such as proof of activity.
    • If required, you have the option of using a digital appeals procedure via the portal.

    Deadlines

    • Application deadline: You must submit your application by March 31 of the calendar year before the start of the respective approval period.
    • Objection period: You can lodge an objection 1 month after notification of the decision.

    0 to 3 months (Die Antragsbearbeitung erfolgt zum 1. April des jeweiligen Kalenderjahres, unabhängig davon, wann der Antrag eingereicht wurde.)
