Apply for exemption from the obligation to transmit basic data for filling stations and price changes for fuels
As the holder of price sovereignty (PHI) for fuels, you have a reporting obligation to the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K). Under certain conditions, you can be exempted from the reporting obligation.
Description
If you have pricing authority at a filling station, you can be exempted from your obligation to notify the Market Transparency Unit for Fuels (MTS-K). The prerequisite is that:
- the petrol station in question did not sell more than 750 cubic meters of the fuel types Super E5, Super E10 and diesel in the previous calendar year, or
- compliance with the reporting obligation would cause unreasonable hardship.
If you set prices for other filling stations with a higher total throughput, the obligation to register remains in force for these stations.
The MTS-K will revoke the exemption if your total throughput exceeds 750 cubic meters.
