We are your first contact point for consumers with cross-border issues and will help traders from another EU country with problems free of charge.
You are not sure how to recognise a reliable online shop on the internet? You do not really know what to look out for when buying a car in another EU country?
Or you have difficulties with a company based in another EU country are unable to solve the problem on your own, e.g. in the case of a delayed flight or problems with an online shop?
We are happy to advise and inform you about your consumer rights in the EU.
As part of the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC Net), we can help you exercise your consumer rights throughout the European Single Market.
