Request funds for a funded project from the funding program "Measures of social and socio-structural policy"

If you receive funding for a social and socio-structural policy measure, you can request the funds from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) at the start of the project.

The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) supports your organization in your social structure policy projects in certain priority development policy areas.

Your organization can receive funding from the BMZ for a social and socio-structural policy measure. Once you have received a grant notification from the BMZ, you can apply for the funding at the start of the project.

The BMZ will then arrange for a corresponding disbursement

• Request for funds
• Attachments and supporting documents for the request for funds

You have received a grant notification from the BMZ for your social structure promotion project.

• Action before the administrative court

As soon as you have received a grant notification from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for your social structure promotion project, you can apply for the disbursement of funds online or by post. Please note that the BMZ can only process your application for funding once the 4-week deadline for lodging an appeal has expired or you inform the BMZ that you waive your right to appeal.

Requesting funding online:

• Call up the online form on the website of the Federal Portal. This will guide you step by step through the required information.
• Upload the required documents or make them available as a download link
• Submit the form.
• The BMZ will check your application and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ will arrange payment.

Request funding by post:

• Request the appropriate template for your application by post or e-mail from the BMZ.
• Complete the template provided by the BMZ.
• Send your application together with the required documents by post to the BMZ.
• The BMZ will check your application and contact you if anything is unclear or information is missing.
• The BMZ will arrange payment.

You can only apply for disbursement of the funding once your grant notification has become final, i.e. the four-week period for lodging an appeal has expired. You can speed up the disbursement if you inform the BMZ before the 4 weeks have expired that you are waiving your right to appeal.

There are no costs.
