Social structure promotion projects: Submit notification of waiver of appeal

Have you received notification of funding for your social structure promotion project from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)? If you waive your right to appeal, you can receive the project funds before the deadline for lodging an appeal expires.

If you have received a grant notification from the BMZ for social structure promotion projects in partner countries, you will usually receive your funding after the one-month appeal period has expired.

Exception: You inform the BMZ via online application or informally by e-mail or post that you waive your right to appeal.

You have received a grant from the BMZ for a project to promote social structures.

Once you have received your grant notification from the BMZ for a social structure funding project, you can submit your notification of waiver of legal remedies online or informally by e-mail or post:

Notify waiver of appeal online via the federal portal:

• Call up the online application on the federal portal. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
• The waiver of appeal is deemed to be effective upon receipt by the BMZ.

Notify the waiver of appeal by e-mail or post:

• Send your informal, signed notification that you are waiving your right to appeal to the BMZ by e-mail or post.
• The waiver of the right of appeal becomes effective upon receipt by the BMZ.

The BMZ does not have to process your waiver of appeal as it takes effect immediately.

There are no costs.
