If you are an association or club promoting the integration of immigrants as part of the federal program "Gesellschaftlicher Zusammenhalt - Vor Ort. Networked. Connected" program, you can apply for a project funding grant from the BAMF.
Description
Projects as part of the federal program "Social Cohesion - Local. Networked. Connected" are intended to
- improve mutual acceptance,
- strengthen social cohesion and promote intercultural
- promote intercultural coexistence.
The host society is also a target group for project funding, particularly with regard to the topic of intercultural openness.
The federal program has the following goals
- Strengthening the skills of immigrants,
- equal participation of immigrants in social and political life and
- Improving mutual acceptance between immigrants and locals.
With funding from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), you as a club, association, non-profit organization or municipality can carry out an integration project for a period of up to 3 years. In order for the BAMF to check whether you are eligible for funding, you must submit an expression of interest in accordance with the requirements of the current call for proposals.

Prerequisites
- You are a non-profit legal entity, for example an association or a non-profit organization.
- You can prove this with an excerpt from the association or commercial register.
- You have a proper management, which you can prove, for example, through self-declarations and confirmations from the tax office.
- You can prove your non-profit status, for example by means of a notice of exemption from the responsible tax office.
- The BAMF must have sufficient budget funds available for funding.

Procedure
Your application for funding for the implementation of a project under the federal program "Gesellschaftlicher Zusammenhalt - Vor Ort. Networked. Connected." program can be submitted electronically via the "easy-Online" portal at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).
- Find out about the requirements for funding on the website of the federal portal or on the BAMF website.
- If a call for proposals is currently open, you can submit an expression of interest for the implementation of a project.
- If the decision is positive, you can submit a formal application for funding via the "easy-Online" portal.
- Go to the "easy-Online" Internet portal. There you will be guided through the process step by step.
- Complete the application and send it off.
- If you do not have the D-Trust certificate, you must also submit the application electronically.

- together with the other application documents to the BAMF.
- Once the BAMF has received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
- After reviewing your application, the BAMF processing department will contact you to clarify any queries.
You will receive a decision on your application.

The deadlines are stated in the current call for applications and may vary. The calls are usually published in the 1st quarter of the year.
