The information portal "Anerkennung in Deutschland" is the official assistance centre for questions on the recognition of professional qualifications from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland in Germany.
As an assistance centre, we answer questions from citizens from the EU, the EEA and Switzerland on the recognition of their professional qualifications in Germany.
We also provide information for people with professional qualifications from Germany who are planning to obtain professional recognition in another EU or EEA country or in Switzerland.
