Enquire about your company's account balance with the artists' social security fund

If you have any questions about your tax account or need a current account statement, you can contact the Künstlersozialkasse.

The Künstlersozialkasse will help you if you are unable to check the balance of your contribution account.

If you do not know the current balance of your contribution account, the Künstlersozialkasse will be happy to send you a current account statement.

• You have questions about your contribution account or need a current account statement.

An appeal is not possible.

You can submit your request online, by post or by telephone.

Online notification:

• Call up the online form on the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information, which you can enter electronically.
• Note: You will need a valid ELSTER certificate to log in to the online form.
• It will take you about 5 minutes to complete the online form.
• First enter your personal details, including your tax number. You will find this on the letter from the Künstlersozialkasse in the top right-hand corner.
• On the next page, you can choose whether you would like to request an account statement or clarify questions about your contribution account.
• When requesting an account statement, enter the date from which it should begin.
• If you have any questions about your tax account, please let us know in the message field.

Message by post:

• Please inform us informally of your request.
• Please also state your levy number. You will find this number in the top right-hand corner of the letter from the Künstlersozialkasse.
• When requesting an account statement, please state the date from which it should begin.
• If you have specific questions about individual postings, please state the posting date.

Notification by telephone:

• Please have your tax number ready. You will find this number in the top right-hand corner of the letter from the Künstlersozialkasse.
• Call the Künstlersozialkasse.
• Tell the Künstlersozialkasse that you need a bank statement or ask specific questions about your contribution account.
• When requesting an account statement, please state the date from which it should begin.
• If you have specific questions about individual bookings, please state the booking date.

Once the form or your message has been received, the Künstlersozialkasse will check your request. If there are any queries or further documents are required, the Künstlersozialkasse will contact you by post.
