Request self-disclosure from the National Infringement File in the Sea Fisheries Act
If you would like to know whether information on infringements is stored about you in the National Infringement File of the Sea Fisheries Act, you can submit an application for self-disclosure to the BLE.
Description
You can apply to the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE) for information on the content of the National Infringement File of the Sea Fisheries Act that concerns you.
Violations of the provisions of the EU Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) are stored electronically in the National Violations File. Infringements committed by German nationals are entered. Infringements committed on fishing vessels authorized to fly the German flag are also recorded.
Offenses committed while fishing in the territorial sea or the German Exclusive Economic Zone are also documented. In addition, points for serious violations are entered in the violation file.
If you would like a self-disclosure of the data stored, you can submit an application for self-disclosure, or your legal representative can submit an application for self-disclosure.
